July 2, 2000 With an overwhelming score of 86.79% Anky and her faithful companion Gestion Bonfire won the Kür to music today as well, staying ahead of an incredibly strong field of riders. This result secured her tenth Dutch championships titel. Still, this is no routine for her: "I was more emotional than I expected. I needed some time to wipe my eyes, before I could go back in for the prize giving ceremony". Also Coby van Baalen/ Ferro, and Arjen Teeuwissen/Gestion Goliath scored over 80% in this very strong competition. The result for the championship: Anky, Coby, Arjen followed by Ellen Bontje/Sylvano.
