Goliath & Chacomo Out of Kur

Unfortunately Arjen with Goliath and Alexandra with Chacomo are not allowed to proceed to the Kür to Music. It’s a pity that only three combinations from each country may go to the final according the IOC-regulations. Although they belong to the best 15 riders, the Games are over for them. In this case it is hurting riders who even had still a chance for a medal. Alexandra was only 1,38% behind the 3rd place (so potentially a bronze medal) with a 4th place. Arjen was 7% behind the number three with a ninth place. But unfortunately it is like this; it is a rule that everyone has to obey by. The German were in a difficult position, as Alexandra and Ulla ended up with exactly the same result. The German team coach made the decision that Ulla would ride the free-style.
