The Seat Symposium
101 consists of an interactive lecture incorporating participatory
unmounted exercises for all attendees.
The
focus during the sessions is to create “balance in motion”; upon
identifying and removing blockages, riders will integrate this with
the correct training techniques, thus improve their performance. |
