Bill generously provided art to support the Arlington Ladies Million fund raising luncheon for the University of Chicago cancer research.  This oil on canvas was one of his previous art donations.
  Bill attended the program for child artists at the Art Institute of Chicago and later received his formal education there.  He was a co-developer of the Morton Salt figure.  His long career has extended throughout the U.S. and recently to France.  His work includes pieces from country to post impressionist.
